The technology to build a digital twin existed in pieces — voice cloning here, facial animation there, chatbot somewhere else. But no one had connected these pieces into one seamless, automated experience. Doing it manually took days per person and required a team of technical specialists. The client needed the entire pipeline compressed into something a user could trigger and receive a working twin from in minutes, with enterprise-grade security appropriate for high-net-worth individuals.
What we built
We engineered three integrated systems: a Neural Engine for AI processing and response generation using GPT-4, a Biometric Lab for voice cloning with ElevenLabs and visual avatar creation with SadTalker and GFPGAN, and a Memory Vault powered by RAG architecture using MongoDB Atlas Vector Search. The pipeline is fully automated — a user uploads photos, voice recordings, and documents, and within 15 minutes their digital twin is deployed with full data isolation per user.
